If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are here to help! Please e-mail us first before sending any items back.
You have 7 days to return an item from the day you received it. We allow you to exchange your item for something else or you can get a store credit or refund. You will be responsible for shipping charges when sending items back. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, not damaged, tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we have received your item we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your credit/refund.
Perla’s Closet always makes every effort to ensure the product's description, colors, and details, are displayed as accurately as possible. Due to lighting differentials on monitors and screens, we are unable to guarantee that the color you see on your monitor reflects the exact color of the product.
* Our huaraches are made of genuine leather and are handmade, the leather may reflect natural blemishes such as scars, scratches, wrinkles, and markings. These variations are normal in leather, and should not be considered as a defect.
* For long-lasting huaraches protect them from getting wet and prevent prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and heat.
* Leather footwear usually takes time and a couple of wears before softening. For best comfort, we recommend wearing your shoes for 1-2 hours a day to start breaking them in and then increasing use from there. As a natural product, wear and tear are common over time.
* Please be advised that some sole bottom of the huaraches may have a sleek finish to them. Please be cautious when wearing your huaraches.
HOW DO I RETURN A DAMAGED ITEM?
If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team at email@example.com and include a photo of the item. We will do our best to replace the item if still in stock.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
